• Aceros Arequipa es la primera empresa peruana del sector siderúrgico en ingresar a The Sustainability Yearbook 2021, importante anuario que destaca a las empresas con mejor desempeño en temas ambientales, sociales y de gobernanza de cada industria a nivel mundial.
La inclusión de Corporación Aceros Arequipa S.A. en este importante anuario, que reúne a las empresas líderes en sostenibilidad en el mundo, está basada su desempeño sobresaliente en la Evaluación de Sostenibilidad Corporativa 2020 realizada por RobecoSAM, empresa de S&P Global.
Para ser reconocidos e incluidos en el anuario The Sustainability Yearbook 2021, las empresas deben obtener una puntuación dentro del 15% superior de su industria y no tener una brecha mayor al 30% con respecto al puntaje del líder global. Con más de 7,000 empresas evaluadas en 61 industrias, ingresar al anuario es considerado una verdadera declaración de excelencia en la gestión de sostenibilidad.
