ACEROS AREQUIPA ETHICAL LINE
In Aceros Arequipa , and its subsidiaries, we are aware of the importance and impact of our actions internally and in society. That is why we promote actions that benefit society and minimize the negative consequences that may arise.
For this reason, our internal codes and standards (CORPORATE GUIDELINES) define our framework for sharing in order to contribute to the development of a society where values and respect for people and our environment prevail.
We also have guidelines in accordance with the needs and requirements of each country, such as the SAGRILAFT Policy and PTEE for Colombia, which support the framework of behavior in that location.
ACEROS AREQUIPA ETHICAL LINE
The main characteristics of the Aceros Arequipa Ethics Line are:
- It is managed by EY, an independent company with highly trained personnel, thus guaranteeing the confidentiality and anonymity of the complainant.
- Availability 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- You can attach files up to a total maximum of 50 MB.
- It has a personalized operator, and a voice box recording option.
- No cost to the complainant.
COMMUNICATION CHANNELS OF THE ETHICAL LINE OF ACEROS AREQUIPA
At Corporación Aceros Arequipa we listen to you, which is why we offer you the Steel Ethics Portal, the Steel Ethics Portal, which is managed by the consulting firm Ernst & Young (EY), who will provide you with the best guidance, ensuring the confidentiality and anonymity in your complaints.
In addition, this portal and all its communication channels are available 24x7 and are free. It will also allow you to attach files up to 50MB that serve as evidence.
All this with the purpose of providing you with secure communication spaces in which you can make any of these types of complaints:
- Fraud and/or collusion
- Interest conflict
- Misappropriation or misuse of company resources and/or confidential information
- False financial, accounting, legal or other reports
- Activities, suspicious situations or warning signs related to LAFT
- Sexual harassment and/or abuse of authority
