PIPE PLANT

This high-speed plant is dedicated to the manufacture of steel pipes in different shapes and sections. It is located in the city of Callao.

The process consists of cutting hot rolled, cold rolled or galvanized steel coils to obtain the strips (steel strips) as raw material, then it passes through a train where it is given the pre-forming and edge welding of the strip for its union before the calibrating process which is where the tube acquires the section and commercial shape.

PISCO PLANT

This plant has state-of-the-art technology and a production capacity of 1 200 000 tons per year of liquid steel and 1,200,000 metric tons per year of finished products. It is located in the Paracas - Ica desert, at Km. 241 of the Panamericana Sur. It consists of the Steel Plant, the Rolling Mill and the ACEDIM Industrialization Plant for the cutting, bending and Pre-Assembly services of rebar.

LAC Grooved Sheets

Commercial quality hot-rolled steel sheets, with rolling edges or cut edges, with highlighted geometric figures distributed at regular intervals, on one of the faces

Zinc-plated Sheets and Coils

They consist of smooth sheets and coils of cold rolled steel, commercial quality, coated on both surfaces with a layer of zinc applied by hot immersion. They have a chemical surface treatment of dry chrome, which guarantees adequate protection for the demanding environmental conditions of our country, prolonging their useful life.

Pipe grooving

The pipe grooving service consists of the chip removal of the pipe when it is machined and beveled; that is to say, that part of the initial material of the piece is eliminated until giving the desired shape to the product. In pipes this procedure is carried out in such a way that the groove does not exceed the thickness of the pipe.

Oxycut and plasma service

The oxyfuel process consists of cutting the steel by means of a torch fed and regulated by combustible gases, where propane gas allows heating a point of the steel to cutting temperature in a range of 1200° C to 1300° C and of a torch that provides the oxygen necessary for the oxidation of the steel.

CNC pantograph service

The CNC Pantograph service consists of cutting steel materials at high temperatures, converting the gas into a plasma state.

Cutting Capacity: Up to 2 ”thick.

Plate perforation: Up to 2 ”thick (True Hole System).

Ribbed plates

Open profiles and other special products such as ribbing are formed here. It is worked piece by piece and mechanically. The input material to this process is made up of platen and plates, the same that after being folded, are packed and transferred to dispatch.
