We contribute to improving the quality of life of the different groups with which we interact
At CAASA, we are committed to ensuring efficient procurement of materials and services both locally and internationally by fostering comprehensive supplier development in alignment with international best practices. We strive to guarantee the right quantity, quality, and timely delivery of products at the most competitive cost.
Since 2021, we have implemented a Code of Ethics for Suppliers and Contractors to strengthen business relationships and promote ethical, responsible growth. This code establishes ethical, social, and environmental principles that suppliers are expected to uphold, ensuring alignment with international best practices and labor human rights standards.
Our supplier management framework integrates selection, development, and ongoing evaluation. During selection, we assess environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria, along with business relevance, while conducting additional verifications to ensure integrity and reliability of our business partners.
To support supplier development, specific needs were identified and incorporated into a management enhancement strategy structured around three key pillars: carbon footprint reduction, digitalization, and responsible financing. This approach aims to foster sustainable, long-term business relationships.
Additionally, monthly and annual evaluations monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality, quantity, and delivery commitments. Risk assessments are also conducted to safeguard business continuity and mitigate environmental and social risks.
