The IDP helps identify mapped competencies categorized as strengths and areas for improvement, in order to design training and development actions such as mentoring, coaching, and hands-on support. These initiatives aim to enhance strengths and address areas for improvement. We define the target audience according to business needs, and for certain specific actions—such as coaching—priority is given based on talent mapping and the identification of key positions.
