Corporate Human Rights and Diversity Policy
At CAASA, we uphold human rights and promote diversity across all company operations, guided by UN Principles, OECD Guidelines, and Peru’s National Action Plan (2021-2025). We foster equal opportunities and prohibit any form of discrimination.
Human Rights Due Diligence
In 2021, CAASA implemented a human rights due diligence model to identify, prevent, mitigate, and address actual or potential human rights impacts across our operations and business relationships, including our supply chain.
Ensuring Human Rights Compliance among Stakeholders
As part of risk mitigation efforts, we require contractors and suppliers to uphold ethical and human rights standards in their processes and operations. Additionally, we provide training programs for employees on human rights, workplace integrity, and the investigation and sanction of sexual harassment, reinforcing our commitment to workplace respect and integrity.
